The Anchor Drop continues with a series in Mark. This week, Tim and Joe discuss Mark 1 ( and 1 John 1), paying special attention to Jesus cleansing the leper– especially the fact that Jesus is not afraid to touch the leper. Jesus inverts the Old Testament pattern; uncleanness is no longer contagious, now cleanness is. Something similar is going on in John one– Jesus cleanses us from ALL sin when we confess our known sins.
